Month one is Ho'oku'u the Hawaiian process to release old suppressed emotions such as anger, sadness, fear, guilt and shame (brilliant for self-forgiveness) as well as limiting beliefs. Month two is Ho'oponopono, the Hawaiian forgiveness process like you have never done it before, forgiving everyone you have ever been connected to you, group by group. Month three is the Keawe process for resolving internal conflicts, dilemmas and dichotomies.
Each month, following the release work we have a Q&A and laser coaching session so you can get your questions answered, and your issues sorted.

It might well be that you know me already, but just in case you don’t, I’m a former Management Consultant and corporate type who experienced burnout and clinical depression, and used NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) and Huna (the spiritual, energetic and shamanic teachings of the ancient Hawaiians) to regain my mental health.
I bring a unique blend of expertise to the table. I’m a certified trainer of NLP and a Kumu (like an honorary PhD, awarded for experience, dedication and knowledge) of Huna. I’ve spent nearly 25 years working as a coach, combining the power of Huna and coaching to create profound transformations.
